The following is Elliott Technologies terms and coniditions for on-site and/or emergency service calls.

    1. One (1) hour minimum billed on all service calls.

    2. Service performed before 8:00 A.M. or after 6:00 P.M. is billed at time and half.

    3. Labor is billed in 15-minute intervals after the first hour.

    4. Billing starts when technician arrives at site and ends when technician leaves the customer's site.

    5. Elliott Technologies is NOT responsible for loss of data, customers should backup all data before technician arrives.

    6. Payment due upon completion of service unless other arrangements have already been made.

    7. Rates are subject to change without notice.
